If I need to remember to do something in the morning, I throw my pants on the floor or displace an object on my desk, anything that will strike me as odd and cannot go unnoticed when I wake up. I’ll know I purposefully moved the object or threw the pants on the floor the night before, and this will lead me to remember what it was I wanted to do in the morning. Better than writing a note, I think. No need to waste paper and ink/lead, plus a note would be a bigger crutch for the brain, and I’d like to put those days off as long as possible.
